Webinar: Common Pitfalls in Agile Business Analysis

October 13, 2016     |     1:15 PM Eastern

46% of organizations say their biggest challenge is transitioning into Agile methodologies, and the number gets bigger as organizational size increases. The challenge is even more overwhelming for Business Analysts, who do not have a defined role in most Agile methodologies (and whose training and experience has prepared them almost exclusively for waterfall life cycles).

However, Agile business analysis can be a smoothly-executed, value-generating activity for the organization, and Business Analysts can rapidly and effectively transition to Agile methodologies.

This webinar will cover a selection of the most common problems – and their solutions – we Business Analysts encounter, both in transitioning into Agile and in our day-to-day work. The round table will include three experienced Agile business analysis practitioners with 50 years of combined experience.

This webinar is a must-attend for BAs working in an Agile environment and for BA Managers seeking to help their team get to the next level.
