I know some training firms cancel classes if they don't get enough students. Do you do that?
No. If you register for a class, it will happen.
We've never canceled a class.
What is your refund policy?
If you register for a class, you have up until 14 days before the start date to get a 100% refund, no questions asked.
If you purchased your class through CourseHorse, then our Refund & Cancellation policy applies to your purchase. If you are entitled to a refund, or have any questions, please visit the CourseHorse site, and contact their customer service team.
What if I miss a class day?
Students are expected to attend each day of each class. That's a big part of how you learn.
Buuuuut... Emergencies happen; people get sick; that's life.
If you are going to miss a day, just let the instructor know as soon as possible. We will work something out.
Online (Live) Classes
What are your online classes like?
Our live online classes are equivalent in content and interaction to our in-person classes. They are conducted using Zoom and are high-quality, effective, and interactive.
Each online class session is recorded, and you have permanent access to the sessions within a few days of class completion.
And we will ship you the class materials about a week before the class starts.
What technology do I need to participate in the class?
A laptop/desktop computer, a headset, and a solid internet connection.
Tablets can sometimes work, but the experience is poor. We don't recommend using them for the class sessions, although they work just fine for session replays.
